We will change out your air filters, fix leaky faucets, unclog drains, replace light bulbs, repair or replace garbage disposals, bug spray, fix your ceiling fans, door adjustments, lock repairs and replacements (either electronic or manual) and even replace the batteries in your smoke detectors.

In-House Laundry Service

That’s right, we have a state-of-the-art laundry facility right here at our office! We would love to handle the washing of all of your bedding and towels. Every clean, every time! We have a laundry expert that loves to demolish any stains your guest may leave. Our washers are also cleaned and sanitized regularly. Everything is immediately folded or rolled so no more wrinkled linens.

We are one of the only cleaning and maintenance companies on the island that also offers 24/7 customer service & support. We always have someone from our team that lives in Galveston on call for whatever kind of needs may arise at your vacation rental. Need extra towels, extra bedding, small maintenance needs, you name it. We will even drive by your property to check on it for you if you are worried about anything at all. Sometimes cameras or Wi-Fi fails us. We will do everything in our power to never fail you!
